At White Glove Watch Company, we take pride in the quality of our timepieces and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we’re here to help. All factory warranties are fulfilled via the manufacturer.
Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Customer is responsible for covering shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, the Customer must provide proof of the damage via photos or video documentation.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned with original packaging, documentation, and any included accessories.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery for items of equal or greater value.
- Exchanges are only fulfilled for items that are delivered as damaged and not working as intended.
- Must provide proof of the damage via photos or video documentation.
- Customer is responsible for returning the item in its original packaging and shipping box.
- Customer is responsible for shipping charges to send item back.

If the exchange item is of greater value, the customer is responsible for the price difference.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as White Glove Watch Company is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
