Shipping policy

At White Glove Watch Company, we are committed to providing our customers with a seamless and reliable shopping experience. Below you’ll find details about our shipping process, carriers, and timelines.


Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Please note: Delivery delays may occur during holidays, peak seasons, or due to carrier service interruptions beyond our control.


Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the best available option for your order and location.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently only ship within the United States

  • Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

White Glove Watch Company is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
